Stew maybe could have gotten the chip, but I doubt that there is an offensive tackle in football that could have got a shoulder on the defender for that specific play.  The play was just a little to far to the outside for an offensive tackle to get a block.  Not sure if its a problem with design or execution, or some combination thereof.

Not a bad play call just bad execution.  People just really don't seem to understand how getting that one block can dramatically change the outcome of the play.  Missed blocks are the bane of this offense.
