ATLvsCAR question

I've looked all over -- since I haven't seen anything and it's now 11 days out, I'm assuming that the ATLvsCAR game next week hasn't been flexed to SNF, and that NBC is keeping the OAKvsMIA game at 8:30p?

I don't think they can start flexing until Week 11 or greater.  Not 100 percent sure what week it is, though.
