To JR: A Simple Guide / Check List for Hiring an OC

The owner and GM should already make it clear "We are striving for excellence and there are certain expectations that need to be met in the hiring of coordinators". 

The coach should already know hiring some no name or dude with a history of failure is unacceptable.

And the main reason I’ve given up on this franchise. They’re not worthy of my time. I come in here to humor myself.  It amazes me anyone still gives a $hit. 20+ years of the same old bs has worn me out.
