Waste of effort. If you think JR gives two sh%ts what anyone on here thinks, then you have high hopes. He has his PSL monies secured for 2017 and probably beyond. This is a business to him and it's all about the $$$. Nice try though, but dont think it will matter.

The issue is Richardson.    Even if he cans Rivera, he'll hire another mediocre conservative coach that still thinks it's 1985.     Rivera is basically Fox, and even worse in some ways.     I fear we won't see true improvement till we have a new person at the top making the decisions.

Rivera might as well go with him because he is too loyal to Shula.   I have no clue why but Shula sucks and Rivera would rather stick by him than to fire him so he's gotta go too.

Look no further than the difference Sean McVay has made for the Rams. Gurley looked slow and terrible last year. Goff looked like he didn't belong on an NFL field. This year Gurley looks fast and powerful and Goff (while not spectacular) looks like a legitimate NFL QB. I don't know where you find a Seam McVay to turn this offense around and I highly doubt he's in the building, but you need to find him.

I think he has already "keeled over".  From the looks of him in his sky box he looks lifeless and propped up in his chair.  I doubt very seriously he even knows what is going on because no one has the balls to tell him.  The last guy that tried got fired.
