Pretty sure it has been discussed here many times that Negan was billed as the imposing physical scary figure....and then TV land got a skinny version of JDM that never has worked well for many reasons.  Skinny man on TV repeating nursery rhymes and going on long boring monologues never really worked well. 

and yeah, in terms of TV characters.....I'd put my money on Simon vs Negan in a fight.  Simon is has always been a more imposing physical presence in action and appearance.  I mean you could give Enid a bat and have her beat people up.  Just because it plays out on a bad Walking Dead script doesn't mean I'd be buying it. 

I fully expect my wife to join me soon in quitting.  She is close.  Probably will after whatever poo OMG check out this totally awesome cliffhanger they have planned.

Because TWD writers say what happens.  Doesn’t have to make sense. 

Negan should of been killed like 78 times by now.   TWD writers can just do whatever they want.  

If realistic principles were applied you could just ask Enid to go snap Negan’s legs and game over.

Because TWD has poo writers that think magical dumpsters make for good TV and that Negan is good TV character.

Negan story line was the begining of the end of TWD TV show

Negan as a hypothetical leader still was a horrible unrepenting tyrant that was a big enough threat for Rick and his group to go kill 50 or so people in their sleep.

We now are coming to a set up for a Negan redemption story - that this man sees the value of humans and will work with rick for peace.

 

Does that not make Rick the worse of the two....the writers really screwed the whole story line hardcore.

Well the Saviors have a lot of redshirters to go through.   

The saviors did take out a lot of Kingdom and I guess you can count them team rick - so maybe 100 to 7000?
