 You need to get rid of incompetence before you can really weed out ineptitude. And  even with that, that's the point of coaching. the coaching staff is supposed to coach of the team  UP not send it into the ground. there's so many parts wrong with this whole machine and we HAVE  to take it apart piece by piece and it's gonna be a long long process.  people trying to single out one factor is pointless( and ultimately just show who they favor) because it's THE whole thing. it starts at the top and goes all the way to fugin basement level.   But the biggest issue is our contentment with stagnation. To me, what my dad has always told me in a fancier way of saying it is stagnation eventually leads to remediaton

The real kick in the nuts is that sh*t last year we had to endure was all for nothing. Our draft picks have ALL struggled and Shula and Ron were still retained. I thought last year would AT LEAST get Shula fired, but of course not. We should have fired Shula right at the end of last season, brought in our new OC, and installed our new offense during the offseason. Now we are 2 years behind and Cam will be past his prime before this dumbass team finally makes a move.
