 I don't know if you noticed this but there is zero accountability and they will do everything in their power to make their decisions not look like the shitty decisions that they are. IN other words they won't let players play because they're scared they're going to suck.  then the heat will come back on them someone said it before and I am believing it. I turned the game off because oh my gosh that was torture.
