good diet besides milk cut that poo out  milk is extra calories and can make you fat . just drink water and you will see 100% better results . as far as scrambled eggs , eggs are the best thing for a diet i eat 12 a day

I don’t believe in calorie counting, but calorie composition. Milk is good for you BUT what we get here in the US is garbage. Eggs are a great food as they’re nutriontally dense and packed full of good stuff.

Fresh Raw milk is entirely different experience, with a superior nutritional make up compared to the pasteurized homogenized shize. (Same with eggs farm fresh eggs are amazing)

It’s a shame Raw Milk has such a stigma here.

Here in California they are even trying to put a stop to farmers selling it at farmers markets.

I've been eating 2-3 whole, scrambled eggs, a slice of uncured bacon and a cup of fresh fruit every morning for like 5 years and every year my cholesterol levels are always good to great. I have a full physical every year. I eat healthy the rest of the day and I exercise at least an hour 5-7 days per week, so I'm sure that has something to do with it. I've had several medical doctors tell me that they really got the egg wrong years ago, and that it's probably the perfect food.

I tried switching to plain oatmeal with cinnamon and honey for a while, but I felt awful and had no energy. I'm not quitting eggs again unless a doctor advises me to do so.

If a doctor advises me to quit eggs, I’m changing doctors. I wouldn’t even consider it. They’re wrong on so much and the fact that they’re still pushing low fat and calorie counting tells me all I need to know. Eggs, especially locally sourced, are unbeatable in terms of nutrition.

There really is no perfect diet, there’s 6billion MF’ers on this planet and 6 billion different body chemistry’s.

You have to find what works for you.

this sums it up.

my diet consists of probably 80% vegetables, meat is mainly an accent, and no dairy...i've never felt better in my life.

i've tried most of the diets listed in this thread and felt like poo.

You don't need to eat like that to cut weight . Just eat less calories and just don't eat processed food

Lol, no.

I’m eating non-insulinagenic foods to manage my blood sugar and burn my fat stores. Eggs and bacon have minimal effects on insulin and thus I burn body fat for energy, as intended, rather than storing it. This is a delicious and nutritious way to go zero carb for a bit.
