There are tons of vitamins, amino acids, and all the things your body needs in eggs. I think eggs are the best multi-vitamin .. It's sad people stay away from them because of the cholesterol myth. That myth is out there because they don't want you to be healthy they want you to have chronic illnesses, being alive, and sick, is where they make the money.

Alive and healthy = no money

Dead = no money

But alive and unhealthy SO MUCH MONEY

That is what I need to start doing too, putting some greens and veggies in my eggs.

6 brown organic eggs

green onions, spinach, green paper, mashrooms and spices.  It was enough to feed 4 people. (2 adults and 2 small kids).

The egg industry has spent a ton of money on designing and publicizing studies that say what you want to hear. You should thank them. 

 

Meanwhile, heart disease is still the #1 killer in the nation that is obsessed with low carb eating.

Eat 9 eggs at 10 AM .. by 10 AM next morning I refuse to believe there is anything left, positive or negative, in the body from those eggs. They are digested, metabolized, in and out of your body so quickly that this is bullshit.

More people believe eggs are harmful than a healthy dieatary staple so those studies obviously aren't working. All I hear on eggs is, make sure you don't eat too many of them or you'll get heart disease to which I'll say, I've been eating 9 a day for 40 years and I'm healthy as a fugin horse

But what did that cholesterol do while it was knocking around in your arteries for several hours? The answer won't make you feel good. You will likely avoid finding out.

supplements and exercise. just eating eggs, any eggs will kill you.

Lol we're talking about egg cholesterol. It says one large egg is 67% of your daily cholesterol intake. That is just completely bullshit.

The cholesterol that kills you is from fried foods. The cholesterol in eggs literally goes through your arteries, fugs up all the bad cholesterol and that is all. The cholesterol in eggs is good as fug.

Peanut butter fat is good as fug. But fat in chinese food is bad as fug.

There is good fat, bad fat, good cholesterol, bad cholesterol. Can't just say oh, eggs have a high cholesterol, they are bad. Not how it works. What kind of cholesterol is it ?
