I am not overlooking Chicago, and neither should you.

There is zero chance we lose this game. Conversely, there is a 100% chance we win this game.

The beauty of this is, my prediction has literally no effect on reality. Hope we get the win. As always, will enjoy cheering them on. Go team.

The 0-5 Giants with homeless men at WR....went into Denver and easily handled the #1 D in the NFL.

Any given Sunday

We’re not in a position to say another team is “only averaging 24.2 points per game.”

It's all relative. I'm saying holding the Falcons to 23 when they average 24 is not something I would brag about. Our offense against a solid pass rush is worrisome.

You know what? I actually WAS overlooking Chicago.

My bad.

Could somebody tell the team I apologize and I hope my impact on their performance in the coming game is limited?

In all seriousness, I agree that Chicago is not likely to be the walkover that many thought that they would be when the season started.

But you know what?  With Ron Rivera WHO THE HELL KNOWS what team will come out week to week?

I mean, we beat NE and Detroit on the road and lose to NO and Philly at home?  Who the hell knows?  I'm experiencing this same roller coaster with my college team (Auburn).  At this point, when it comes to undying loyalty to running the ball into brick walls, I'm having difficulty figuring out whether Gus Malzahn is the Mike Shula of college football or or if Mike Shula is the Gus Malzahn of the NFL.

this is what i keep trying to tell people. It doesnt matter if FANS are underestimating the opposing team, it only matters if the Panther players/staff think that way then it becomes a huge problem.

yes, but tempering expectations of us fans will cause less of a huddel meltdown if the Panthers lose

Right there with you on that. War Eagle and all that jazz, but damn if I am not a bit frustrated at that loss.
