Looking back, outside of a CB or an S, I don't see much out there I would change at this time about the selection.

And we weren't likely to take a CB that high this season.

Nope.  CMC was the player at that position that could provide the most bang for the buck out of the gate....and we needed some help on offense.

Not that it's an excuse for this crapstorm, but they actually get extended breaks in the Fall now too? Who needs that after six weeks? Hell, I was lucky to get a few days off every six semesters, including going straight through all the Summer sessions.

CMC may have the best hands of any running back in the NFL. None of the receivers currently on the roster can catch as well as he can. He is fluid, catches with his hands, and is able to make guys miss quickly. Which brings me to my next point; WHY DID WE THROW A SCREEN PASS TO STEW when we have CMC WHO CAN BE ON THE FIELD AT THE SAME TIME?
