Kuechly didn't have a concussion to begin with.

To be fair it's not clear whether being in the protocol means he had a concussion or not - even at the team level. The way it read is that yes it did mean he did, but now it's not seeming like so.

So he shouldn't insist it does if he doesn't know.

Again...what he read says if in protocol then it means concussion. Team was even unsure. No reason to bash Joe for going by the rules.

It's really vague but it doesn't say much one way or the other. It says that symptoms dictate the who's put in it. And if you think about it logically that wouldn't make sense. If the protocol is to encompass the whole range it can't be based on a potential easy screw up early in the process. It has to allow for erroring on the side of cautuon. Everything about concussions says they can take time to diagnose.

Yes, but it was a 5 point game at the end. Could Luke have been a 5 point difference in the second half? It's possible. Either way, whatever. What's done is done.

I just don't see what more the defense could have done. I mean we had two chances to win it and left it on the field.

They could've not allowed those two TDs??? I mean we were in FG range on that first drive, if even one of those TDs is instead a FG because Luke is on the field, we would've had a better chance at winning. I'm not trying to make excuses, our offense was complete sh*t that second half and most of the first half too, but having Luke definitely may have changed things.
