the real question is who would you rather have as your defensive coordinator, Fox or Rivera. That is essentially what both are because neither have any clue how to run an offense.

I would say it depends on  what stage your team is in. If you need a rebuild, I would go with Fox. Hes shown to be pretty good at that, he just doesn't maintain it. Rivera while a limited sample size has proven to be a maintainer.
