Good news: His name is known and the police know his name as well. Don't know if he was arrested or not, but he's definitely 100% been identified.

I wish this were true, but DSS will probably not take his child because a child was not harmed.  He will be arrested though.  I am not with DSS or child protective services, but I have researched it.

I assume the victim is already lawyered up and ready for a civil suit.

The cops can also use the panthers and ticket exchanges to confirm who this guy is unless he bought tickets outside of the stadium.

 I'm one and it is in contract that owner and invitees abide by all laws, rules, etc.  PSL agreement can be revoked.
