I went to a to a Panthers Bengals game in Cincy in like 05 I believe. Everyone around us was sipping on a flask while talking poo threatening my brother and I wearing Peppers and Steve jerseys.  I actually thought  I was going to have to legit fight four guys in their late twenties outside of the bathrooms.  We were like 21 and 19 at the time.

The guy has fractures in his face, a black eye, and had to go get a CT scan. And you think that's not assault? You're a complete idiot if you actually think that isn't assault.

This was an extreme instance, but I am speaking of society in general.  I do believe that in this instance the guy should be charged.
