All week I kept hearing (even from Ron) about how fast the Eagles defense  is this season. So how do you counter that?  Toss the ball 7 yards behind the LOS and run horizontally, of course! Fugging Shula!

this one play should be a fireable offense, and the up the middle runs over and over, then bombing the ball on a noodle arm. Shula has no clue on how to use Cam and last night proved it, despite Shula we were still in at the end.

I am starting to think half the team thought this was a play call for a screen pass.

Seriously. My son had a game last night (8th grade) and before about 60% of the plays for the opposing offense, our coach would yell out what play they were going to run. He was only wrong twice. Granted, NFL offenses are much more complex and have way more plays in the playbook but they also have a lot more staff and time for prep, so yeah they knew what we were running there (and other times I'm sure).
