What has happened to Star?

I gotta say in general our DTs looked bad this game. No pressure, no run stopping, getting stopped at the line. You can't even say they did the unseen dirty work because they didn't even move the line in the middle at all. When you have to blitz lbs, corners, safety's every snap to get anything going something's wrong. We should be able to rush 4 like Philly and make an impact.

Uh, the fact that everytime we blitzed lbs, corners, safeties, they almost always got to the QB with little resistance shows the attention our interior linemen were getting.

this is 3rd game this season w/o any pressure on the QB and it may be time to give Vernon Butler more playing time

Star’s job isn’t to be the pass rusher.  KK’s is.

I will chaulk it up to TNF.  KK has been unstoppable going into this game.  I don’t want KK to head to the sideline for Butler because of a TNF game given the rest of what we have seen

DI STAR LOTULEILEI, 36.5 OVERALL GRADE

One has to wonder when the Panthers 2013 first-round pick will start ceding snaps to their 2016 first-round pick. Lotulelei was held without a pressure for the third time this season. One could handle 25 empty pass-rushing snaps from a nose tackle if they were affecting the run, but that wasn’t the case for Lotulelei. He didn’t register a single stop in 17 run snaps.

Star was very bad according to PFF...not sure I've seen a score that low.
