Stop blasting the decision to continue with the run game.  Did ya'll not see how bad Cam looked in the 4th quarter when the Eagles didn't have to defend the run at all?  Almost every pass was an interception.

Uh, Cam single handedly drove us down the field with chances to strike in the 4th quarter by throwing darts that few QBs in the league could have pulled off. They never had to defend the run. They did it effortlessly the entire game as evidence by Cam having more attempts running than we had yards gained rushing by all other ballcarriers combined.

Yeah darts to both teams.   We just got lucky Philly guys aren't very good at catching.

You're seriously going to say that Cam "stunk it up" after watching that game? Forgetting that the OL was being thrown into him, that Stew can't catch a screen pass, that receivers dropped first downs that hit them square in both hands, that receivers couldn't get open at times, that receivers and Cam had miscommunications? You're one of those casual football fans that see an incomplete pass and think "bad throw" because you don't understand that a QB is 100% reliant on the other 10 guys doing their job so that he is AT ALL capable of doing his.

Of the 79 offensive snaps in this game for the Panthers, Cam threw or ran the ball 63 times. To compare, of the 60 snaps the Eagles had, Wentz threw or ran 36 times. So, Wentz had to be 60% of the Eagles offense. Cam had to be about 80% of the Panthers offense. And that was just so that the Panthers could have a CHANCE at winning. The Eagles defense was able to take the ball away from our offense while our defense was not, which absolutely helps an offense.

If you think Cam stunk so we lost is the reason for the Panthers losing, you simply do not understand football.

The fact that we were chunking the ball down the field 20+ yards into a defense that was focusing on keeping the play in front of them played a big role in that. We could've marched down the field with ease if we were content to take the 5-10 yards per play that they were willing to give us instead of calling plays like were were desperate. We were down 5 with over 3 minutes to play and we were past midfield. There was no reason what so ever for us to be in desperation mode. Hell, a lot of teams would've gone intentionally slightly conservative to avoid scoring too quickly. Meanwhile we're trying to push the ball down the field like we needed multiple scores.

you can't beat any team unless you put points on the board any way you can feasibly get them.

the coaching staff screwed the pooch and they aren't going to own it.

toss the whole lot of them out.

Beat me to it.

How dense is this motherfuger?

If he doesn't want to kick field goals maybe he should lay into Shula's crayon eating ass.

Way thats generally not surprising when THE DEFENSE KNOWS YOU NEED TO THROW.

Not to mention an offensive coordinator that decided throwing deep into prevent defense was a good idea. He could have continued to throw short passes, and Cam would have had success, but he decided it was better to have him throw bombs. Then Shula gets into a situation where short passes become difficult, and inexplicably he decides to abandon the run.

Shula and the coaching staff have pissed me off tonight just like more games we lose.

One thing that I noticed though is usually when they have the camera on Ron when it’s a delay if game penalty, or if the offense calls a timeout because they aren’t prepared, he usually just stands there stoic. He did that tonight, but you also saw him getting slightly frustrated and talking into the headset. There was one point where you can tell he actually got frustrated because we burned a TO.

Ron needs to wake up and realize his window is closing fast, and Shula isn’t doing him any favors. We were supposed to “evolve” this year. What we got was confusion the first 3 games, Cam looking like poo, and not being able to carry the team for Shula. Then Shula “eased it back” to make it simple for the offense. What do we get, one of the worst Rushing attack’s with Cam Newton, CMC, Stewart, and former player who played for Shula saying his offense isn’t creative.

Saw a clip on NFLN, and he did catch my ear when he repeatedly said, "you dont beat good teams by kicking FGs."  And he sounded extremely angry, which i was hoping was directed at Shula.

If you go to :28 mark he says that
"we have to do a better job as coaches of putting players in better position to have success"
