As hard as the play looked, that was a normal football collision. (Albeit with Kuechly, every "normal" collision is two or three times as hard compared to your average football player)  This is the second time, where Kuechly has a normal football collision, and he comes up with concussion symptoms.  He needs to retire.

With a series of concussions this close together - if it is indeed the case - it's not just a question of life after football. Even if he completely ignored life after football, he'd most likely be unable to effectively play football anymore anyhow.
