Curahee Garrand if you can get it. Anything Deschutes is awesome. Thomas Creek IPAs are always solid. Southern Tier Warlock is also the poo at this time of year.

For a game I’m looking for something around 5.5%, so no standard IPA that’s ~7%. Just doesn’t lend to four hours of drinking. 

I like Highlands Mandarian IPA, which clocks in around 5%. White St. Kolsch out of Wake Forest, NC is great as well. Also you can’t go wrong with the Stone Ripper pale ale.

Hornets Nest, a wheat beer by OMB, is in most HT grocery stores, relatively inexpensive, and just won a medal as the third best wheat at a really big beer festival in Denver out of 128 entries.

Depends on how much you drink. If you're knocking em' back all day I go to the ultimate beer - MILLER LITE. If you're having only one or two then go with a craft beer.

That's a city by city referendum...the state left it up to local municipalities to allow beer sales before noon...in Winston-Salem/Forsyth County you still have to wait until 12:00.
