The best player for one franchise is on the field against the best player for the other.

I maintain that Julius Peppers is the best Panther of all-time, just ahead of Steve Smith and Cam Newton.

And I really do think Matt Stafford is the best Lion of all-time, just ahead of Calvin Johnson and then Barry Sanders.

Can you think of a similar scenario ever unfolding on an NFL field?

Oh, woops. Then I must've had problems logging in. At any rate, you deleted those threads that had good response and engagement had people following them. And all of them I made sure had relevance to the Panthers.
