I'm happy with some of the flashes he's shown. He's a small school lineman. Those guys tend to take a little bit of time to develop and he missed a good chunk of his rookie season.

I think he'll probably come on down the stretch this season and I look forward to it.

I still think we need to re-sign Star and yes, I'd sign him before Norwell. Butler is a three technique.

I can't blame him too much for lack of production. He has the best DT tandem in the NFL in front of him on the depth chart. Sometimes I just don't understand what Gettleman was seeing with our roster where he felt he had such a great, well rounded roster that he could make these luxury picks like Shaq and Butler. Two 1st round picks spent on positions of great strength.

Especially with Derrick Henry, Hunter Henry, Sterling Shepard, & Michael Thomas available 

Can't change the past but this pick still gives me a sour taste.

We have several guys that are "not a bust, just not getting many opportunities". Shaq is a great football player. By the time we can use him full time he will be on his 2nd contract.
