Damn that is a big blow for Charlotte. Whether you think he's worth the contract or not, Nic is easily this team's second best playmaker and he opens up a lot of space for Kemba to move w/o the ball. He would have been beneficial for Dwight as well. Will be hard to replace.

That being said, we will definitely get to see a lot of Monk now.
