What's going on with Cam?

What is the deal with Cam? 

He doesn't make a lot of sense in the majority of his recent press conferences. Some of his answers make it seem as though he didn't understand the question. His explanation, or attempt to validate, the recent protests in the NFL made no sense whatsoever. He uses words improperly which is embarrassing. I'm not going to even going to touch the subject of his clown outfits.

Now, he draws major negative attention to himself and the team by making inappropriate comments to a female beat writer. Let me explain. I don't think what he said was all that wrong because I understand Cam, as much as any other fan could. I think what he meant was, " It's funny to see a female ask a specific question about routes. I'll bet half the men in the media wouldn't ask a detailed question about the specifics of the game because they don't understand it to that degree. But here we have a female who understands the game better than most reporters. Have we come a long way or what. 

Jourdan, it appreciate the opportunity to discuss the specific details of the game with you and I applaud you for your intelligent question. Frankly, I am tired of discussing protests and other social and political issues, after all we are here to talk football, right?

Now, on to your question....."

I honestly think this is what Cam meant he just didn't know how to articulate it. He doesn't do well in articulating much of anything. That's just Cam. No excuse and it is not OK. It has to be addressed and he has to be willing. The team needs to help him but again, he needs to be willing.

This affects the entire team. It tends to undermine all of the hard work of his teammates and coach's on a team he is supposed to be leading and it will be relented in the locker room and on the field.

Cam needs to garner a sane estimation of himself if he is ever going to be what he aspires to be and what we all NEED him to be.
