Or is the answer in Free agency? Not sure if anyone out there is worth grabbing that isn't slow or broken (Victor Cruz)

Man, totally forgot he didn't make the team. Would have figured McDermott would have made him a lock on the team. But Jordan Matthews did just have surgery so he may come up with them if they ask.

Duke since Frazier has been there and hasn't shown enough to be moved up to the roster after a full season.

Duke is the best option & philly is a long shot and I think it’s best to move on from what he brings to the table

I'd like a Philly Brown return, but if I had to wager Bersin would probably be first in line for depth, but I'd prefer the speed Brown brings over another possession receiver. I don't trust any of the PS guys in game just yet, didn't see enough in the pre-season. 

Brown makes the most sense, IMO.

We need a speed guy who can return kickoffs, so probably Duke? CMC is a solid punt returner no doubt, but he just looks a bit lost returning kicks. Or put Fozzy back there.
