Brady was blaming the refs this morning

Uh, no. Thats Trumpesque fact spinning right there. What he said was that Berger and crew call the Pats tighter than any other, and that some weeks you get certain calls, and others you don't. He went on to say that is in no way excuse...twice. He said that they didn't play their best game and that they needed to improve on both sides of the ball and special teams as well. He noted a sense of urgency, saying that getting better cannot just be talked about, it has to actually be done in every facet of the game, and through weekly activities. Sounds like owning the mistakes and leadership to me.

When does Brady ever say that about the officiating after a loss? He can't accept the fact we went into his house and beat him

I don't need the transcript. I was listening to the radio interview when he was asked the questions about the officiating.

Not going to be popular but had those calls been been reversed this placed would be filled with nothing but NFL is rigged threads.

Whatever,  a win is a win. Sometimes you get calls, sometimes you don't.

What calls? the only questionable calls were the hold on Mccaffrey during the run play and the PI on Gronk which the next play was a bs PI call on us

Reading comprehension is fun. Try it. To repeat, he didn't say anything every single player, and fan, hasn't said, the difference being he said that it was not an excuse in any way, clearly placing the blame upon himself and the team's performance, or lack thereof.

Like I said, you haters have it completely bassackwards. We just went on the road and beat the defending world champions, coached and QB'd by undisputed (by sane people) GOATS, and for no sensible reason, guys are trying to find anything they can to belittle them, which is just out and out dumb as dirt. I'd much rather spend my time enjoying victory over the best, and a nemesis since 2004, but now, it's on to Detroit.

His act only doesn't wear thin b/c they win.  For the most part, and especially after losses, he is abrasive towards everyone.

So is Cam... so am I after a panthers loss. It’s human nature. It doesn’t really matter to me. However, I don’t like the double standard where Cam is cruicified and Bill is the GOAT and ultra competitive...

Get Brady nuts out of your mouth, he's trying to be sneaky hinting the refs were the reason he lost and your eating it up. The whole "it's not an excuse" is a front for an excuse.

I find the BB and TB hate hilariously entertaining...and all but totally unfounded and ridiculous. You haters need to give some thought to something my Dad told me decades ago, and it took one of those decades for it to sink in. If you lose to a better team on any given day, learn from it, and if you want to feel anything at all about them when they play someone else, root FOR them. If you beat them, even more so. If you lose to someone, or if you win, who would you rather it be? Perennial champs, or perpetual cellar dwellers? Assuming you're capable of such introspective philosophical thought, chew on that one for a while.

"If you want to be the man. You have to beat the man." Much shorter, and easier to remember.
