Everyone always busted Dickson

Ive always said We've just used him wrong.  When stepped in for Olsen in the past, he looked good.

The problem is, our 2 TE sets doesnt mean both are lining up and running routes.

TE 2 for us is more of a H-back either lining up in the backfield (noticed Dickson back there blocking as much as Tolbert last year), or on the line with their hands in the grass

Dickson is Bad at blocking and thats what has stemmed all the hate for him how "bad he is"

Great as Olsen's role lining up and being a pass catcher, Bad at lining up and blocking like we tried with Swolebones.  We just have to figure out how to have both lined up running a route with single back sets much like NE and Greenbay

I think the issue is that you can switch it up in certain instance where# 2 TE is going for receiving, this keeps the defense honest and have to worry about accounting both in crucial situations.

True, but when the guy is such a bad blocker but a good pass catcher which he proved in Olsens role.  Why not stick to your strength.  Yes keeping them honest is crucial but so is mismatches.  Greenbay and NE always run a Lot of single back sets without that H-back/2TE in the backfield blocking.  Both guys running a route puts a Lot of strain on other teams LBs and harder for them to stick their nose in for run support.
