Anyone Concered about the D?

I can see the offense really start to jell over the course of the year and see good things down the road.  All the money and focus has been about an "elite" defense....we got burned a lot and kind of easily.

I'm worried about the whole team. A shadow of 2015. Sad.

Nothing. I'd say Gano since he's been perfect, but they made it clear today that they don't trust him with 50 yard field goals

But we are 2-1, the 2015 season is rarity for most teams.  Still worried about the D holding up all season.  I have more confidence in the O simply because of all the adjustment and newness at this point.  That offense is going to tough to deal with in a few weeks once Cam starts to smooth out a bit, they made better investments.    I'm just concerned about that Dfence....something seems off.

lol, you are right and why I wasn't worrying about winning this one.  Everyone is having a fit over rusty Cam.  Not worried one bit, he just finished preseason...seems he and CMC are getting it together...if that dude doesn't get hurt, that offense is going to be potent in a few weeks. Shula actually had some creativity, I like what they are starting to do.

Yep, 2-1 against teams that will likely finish the year with losing records.

I would be happy with any resemblance to the 2015 team. Now....not even close.

Brees kicked the 15 team's ass too.  Kuechly said something along the lines of "drew brees happened" when he was asked what happened to the D.   Of course the O was just good enough to win a shootout that year....so no, not worried about the D.  Perhaps some fans got a little too excited about this D after they played hoyer and Taylor?
