Rivera was almost fired, but it was early in his career so we gave him another opportunity.  If we suck this year, he is gone.

Like I said in another post if Rivera survives three GM's he must have dirty photo's of big cat.

I agree 100%  Been a fan since the 2nd season 1996 and I have seen it all before.  Sad but true.  Honestly, we are what we are and we won't be anything else until new ownership takes over or JR takes his hands off of the operations and hires a competent GM to run the show completely.  That will never happen, but we can wish it can or will.  I can't believe he actually has the guts to keep a straight face and bring back the Hurney who totally mismanaged our cap and put us in a terrible position.  WTH is he thinking?  You don't move forward by moving backwards.
