They all need to go. This isn't an overreaction to just one game. This goes back to last season. They do not know what to do with the insanely high level of talent we have on this team. Time to start over and have someone work with Cam.

But we have JR. Good times. I'll just hope they can somehow turn it around. And Rivera won't fug it up.

Agree completely. I've been trying so hard to hold out hope for this coaching staff, but there's no point.

Rivera in particular is a great defensive mind, but HC not so much. And the whole "But he won Coach of the Year twice!!" is moot. It's becoming more evident we weren't successful those years because of our coaching and staff, but in spite of them. No consistency and blown opportunities has become the legacy for the Rivera era of the Panthers.

In Ron Rivera's first 6 seasons at Carolina, on average his defense is 13th in total yards surrendered and 17th in points surrendered.

Yes...hence my comment about a lack of consistency being part of his legacy. Also, the part about him not being a great HC. Thanks for the info though...

Rivera obviously has no faith in this team. Over a minute left in first half. Second and goal for Saints. Instead of having calling timeouts and letting Panthers get ball back with 1 TO and about 50 seconds left he lets them run clock down for last play of half knowing Saints get ball to start second half. Between that and not going for it he is not playing to win the game or have confidence in his team. Plain and simple.
