Usually wouldn't waste the bandwidth to people like you, but the grill is heating up and I have 30 minutes before I unwrap my ribs. 

 

You talk about people following along?  Look at Trumps comments from years ago, then compare them to now. 

He is pandering to people like you.  Look at where he makes these comments? Stump rallies in Alabama, Arizona...places where it's cool to say these things.  So while pandering to his base as the "President of all the United States", he states that people who protest the easily proven bias and use of excessive force against blacks by the police is wrong.  Also anyone that does protest this is "un american son's of bitches" and should be suspended and fired.  If owners get onboard, we can have all these uppity "players" back in line.  

Follow that up with the NFL is losing because everyone is watching him.  Also the efforts of keeping people healthy after their NFL careers is a mistake and we should ignore all the scientific findings.  

Some people find their purpose in being contrarians no matter what is put out there.  If you don't think what the president said was divisive then there is no need to discuss anything.  However maybe, just maybe there may be legitimate reasons for people bashing Trump as he is the President of the UNITED States. .
