I can't find a YouTube clip of them because it always seems like they are removed for one reason or another. But I distinctly remember a couple cases where:

1.) Rivers is on the bench pouting.

2.) Taunting fans

3.) Taunting other players (very recently, see the Raiders game where a Raiders guy jumped offsides and fell face first near Rivers who then proceeded to lean over him and run his mouth.

4.) After losing to the Patriots, Rivers calls Ellis Hobbs the "sorriest corner in the league," and tells him to "act like he's won a game before."

5.) There are other examples. You can't whitewash Rivers and say "ESPN is just making that up!" Because he is a classless ass and there is generally some truth to every "rumor." Defend him all you want, but he is a jackass and is no better than Cutler imho.

You said whining and bitching....I said that he runs his mouth on field. You say classless, and I say married with 3 kids devout Catholic, and does not curse....I guess we have differences of opinion.

Now lets address you so called whining and bitching points.

1. I have never seen him sit on the bench and pout, and I have seen every game that he has played in. Was he upset after he tore his ACL and thought that his season was over....yes...I would have been as well. But he was able to play on it 1 week later. Oh yea, even if he was "pouting" on the bench...is that really bitching and whining as you stated?

2. The taunting of fans...don't know if taunting is the right wording...I again say jawing..while on field. But I will not take up for him on this one, I do not agree with it. But he was saying that "I'll be back..I'll be back, while the fans were cheering him being taken off the field ON A CART...Again, should have never engaged the fans. Again, not whining nor bithcing....at least not in my opinion.

3. If you are reffering to Warren, yes they exchanged words....Namely when Rivers mouthed off to stop at the whistle....oooohhhhh taunting. Again not bitching or whining.

4. I didn't like the Hobbs comment, but just like the rest...on field jawing, but far from bitching or whining.

5. Don't have to whitewash him, and there are other examples to his on field jawing...but please continue to pay attention to Sports Center for your info.

So everything I see on TV is just something that has been taken out of context? Something made up? When they zoom in on him taunting other players or saying poo about other teams in a press conference, it is all made up?

I don't know why you are both riding Rivers' nuts, but I see what I see. As far as being from Ohio, I'm not sure what that has to do with anything? Does that mean I'm unqualified to speak about anything that doesn't happen in my state? What about my county? City?

I call them like I see them. I feel like the Chargers have failed to meet expectations year after year and now it is bleeding down to the team but Rivers has always been this way. Fiery? Pfff....Delhomme is fiery. But an asshole? Rivers has that on lockdown.

I also understand that Rivers isn't the only quarterback like this. Examples that spring to mind are Cutler (obvious) and Favre (check out any game where he plays against Warren Sapp).

First of all, I'm obviously not going to change your mind. Other than you being condescending, you apparently won't pay attention to your own experiences and disregard the others. At any rate, if the "pouting on the bench" comment happened when he tore his ACL, then I stand corrected.

Taunting -is- the right word. Have you even WATCHED when he's done it? I remember when the Chargers beat the Colts and he was giving poo to the Colts fans.

As far as being married with 3 kids, that does not make you an upright citizen. Bill O'Reilly has a wife and two kids, doesn't mean he isn't a whiny asshole.

Perhaps your version of "bitching and whining" is much more particular than mine. Maybe you have a 12-step checklist that one must go through before one is considered bitchy and whiny. Mine, however, includes unsportsmanlike conduct ESPECIALLY from a quarterback.

I also like how you keep attributing it to "jawing." That is not jawing. That is taunting. A rose by any other name....

And for the record, I don't know where this whole "ESPN/Sportscenter" thing you keep spouting about came from. I get my news from anywhere I can find it. Rotoworld, ESPN.com, NFL Network, local papers. You name it. But keep fishing for that one.

I have never seen Rivers complain/bitch about anything.

Ohhhh, it's ok for a wideout/corner/linebacker to talk a little smack, and have fun, but not for a QB. Got it.

Didn't say having kids does make you upright, I am just saying that Rivers' is a very good person.

Please for the sake if your arguement find a post game interview that shows Rivers being an ass hat/bitcher/complainer.

This isn't an arguement, you can't back your side up, and I can.

I don't love the mouthing that players do, but it is a part of some of their "game", it's a part of Rivers' game. It's the only part of his game that I don't like.

But like I have said before, in this thread. He is not a whiner, nor a bitcher, nor a bad person, as you have stated.
