The joke is about these guys not being able to find their ass with a funnel.  All offseason long they stated they needed a pass rusher and Barnett was the consensus ideal fit as a proven 3 year performer against elite competition yet they look the injury prone one year wonder because he was higher on Kiper's board (and COMPLETELY ignore DE despite the above comment!).  Ramczyk was injury prone (among other things) as well. There's a reason these guys fell.

Marshon Lattimore was higher on everyones board. Everyones. And he's  proving why. 

Meanwhile, Barnett has played all of 46 snaps and done a whole bunch of nothing. Keep beating that drum though. Lattimore>>>>>>>>Barnett.

First things first, if that's all you have to back up your claim as to why Barnett should have been the pick, it's not gonna take much to refute the claim. 

He didn't affect the pass. Not even a little. It's the last few minutes of the game and an obvious passing situation, down 14. Washington looking for chunk plays, which is the only reason why the ball was even held that long. 9 of 10 times, the ball is gone while he's on the ground.

Meanwhile Marshon lined up on Cooks 30 of 39 plays yesterday in man coverage. Gave up 15 yards on 3 targets with 2 PBUs. That's making an impact.

Ignored? Like signing Alex Okafor, and drafting 2 pass rushers? Oh ok.

Your entire premise is ridiculous anyway. You don't draft a lower graded player on your board, especially if both positions are a need. CB was a bigger need for this team than DE, anyway.

Stupid thread is stupid. Lattimore was outstanding yesterday and held Cooks to 1 catch for 20 yards, following him most of the game. Dude is legit, and hasn't had a hamstring problem, you know, the actual injury that hampered him in college, for about 2 years.
