On top of it all, we are more than likely to face the Giants again in the playoffs. History shows the teams that beat you in the regular season have a tendency to play you again in the playoffs. (See Dallas and Philly in '03, and Chicago in '05...just for Panther relavent examples).

Giants last year? Green Bay, Dallas twice, and New England all beat the Giants in the regular season...only to lose to them in the playoffs. How clear is it? I'm a realist Panther fan going by what history has shown, and it's telling me a Panther win tonight is NOT good. GO GIANTS!!!!!!

Trust me I know as a diehard Panther fan that the allure of reaching a level the Panthers have never reached before (the #1 seed) sounds AMAZING. But I'm just too skeptical to think that the Panthers could handle it. Remember, when the Panthers are the favorites...they tend to choke. Comeback Cardiac Cats!!! We'd still have the #2 seed basically locked up. This is a big game...one I hope we look back at after the Superbowl and scoff at.
