Funchess was ineffective in game #1 and will be phased halfway through the season by Samuel

Manhertz will be doing Dickson's work  as he takes over the Olsens receiving role.

Funchess had as many catches as any other Panthers WR in game 1 and Manhertz hasn't proven himself as a blocker yet. Go look at Jeremy's goal line run gif again. Manhertz didn't even move his man and then he disengaged too early while his man made the tackle in the 2nd gif. That was horrible.

Wrong again, his blocking is pretty damn good see the CAP touchdown in preseason along with many others.

The run was supposed to go to the inside hence J-Stew followed his FB "Dickson" up the middle but when Dickson got stonewalled he had to bounce it outside. Manhertz pushed his guy back and then climbed on to the 2nd level. If the run was designed to go to the outside it would have been a TD since Manhertz would have know that run was going his way and would have sustained his block.

Dickson blocking not so good instead of blocking the DE coming from edge he just creates blockade for J-Stew in the middle

Are you blind or do you just enjoy arguing? Dickson did exactly what he was supposed to do on both of those plays and this is not the pre season. This is grown man football against the other teams starters and when the score actually matters. I hope Manhertz turns into something but he has proven absolutely nothing so far.

He was supposed to take on the LBs he failed at both and got stonewalled "hence J-Stew had to bounce it outside". I want to Dickson to succeed as well now with Olsen Injury but he shouldn't be used for blocking let him just do the receiving work.

Dickson didn't take on the LBers because he had D-linemen in his face. It wasn't his fault.

He has been blocking, it's Dickson who failed on his block  that forced J Stew to bounce outside.

Manhertz will finally get the needed snaps, he want waste it like Funchess who had extra 14 snaps than KB and still produced less .

KB got the wind knocked out of him and not all of those "extra snaps" were passing plays.
