Moving on to Nawlins How do you see the game?

So let's move on. We know Carolina has a great front 7, and will contain the saints running game. The secondary will get tested this week for sure. I think Carolina gets on track and wins by 10 or more. If you think our fan base is bad.....This is what is going on over there on their forum.

I am just going to leave this right here.

Regardless of what is on paper, the Saints always seem to play us tough...even when they are starting their backup generator QB instead of Brees. I think we win but I think this will be a tough day for our defense...just because Saints. But, like everyone else, this is a good time for the O to get some rhythm and we will take our 3-0 record into NE and finally hit a complete game stride.

I think we will win but that it will be closer than some might think.  Worley gives up at least one long touchdown, but think our D will come up with a pick as Brees is gonna have to throw it all over the yard to beat us.  Also see 5+ sacks in this game.  Peppers, Addison, KK, and Star all get at least 1...

I've learned not to expect things in div matchups.

These guys are gonna be 1 of 2 things, angry or disinterested.

Hard to think a team in week 3 would be resigned to failure but it's happened before.

I expect a tough game between 2 rivals.  20-13 good guys.

Lets get ready for Tom Terrific and the white knights of foxboro.

The Saints are going to do on Defense what they've done in the past to us. Crappy or not, we don't have Greg. They will attack Matt Kalil and the edges. They'll dare Cam to take off up the middle and possibly try to knock his head off even if he slides. They'll try to swarm Mccaffery and dare us to call long developing routes, which in turn will get Cam eaten alive

I don't like this game one bit, our strategy better be to get mccaffery involved into space and use blocking screens to open up plays down field and get those 8 players out of the box. Or it'll be a long day, and on Offense to negate our rush they'll try to accommodate more blocking/route rubs check and release to totally negate any pass rush we have. If we are going to hold New Orleans under 10 our Corners must play flawless. I don't see it happening, call me a Debbie downer but unless this offense takes a huge step forward I may even see a loss here. I see a 21-9 loss that leaves fans questioning the front offices decision to keep Shula around.

Shula is garbage and this is the game you'll see that. Can't teach an old dog new tricks, same offense and long developing routes. Cam may need to be carted off this game. What sucks is we can't get a run game going unless we get those 8 men out of the box. We can't get those 8 out of the box unless we prove we can either A.) Hold up in protection long enough to find the flaws in the New Orleans D to make them pay deep. Or B.) Find a way to get mccaffery and Samuel in space and kill them.

Just my opinion, hope I'm wrong, but I'm calling it how I see it.  Defense holds Brees to 240 and their offense to 21. The problems are apparent, Shula.

I expect the Saints to be playing for their season.

I am more confident about the Defense this year because of the improved play of the secondary, but this will be their biggest challenge yet.

The Saints defense will try to replicate what the Bills Defense did yesterday, the Panthers offense has to show that they have counters or it will be another close game.

Watch for Cam Jordan to be isolated against Daryl Williams and jail break blitzes.

I have the Panthers winning 34-17.

    • Just because we made a bad trade and selected the wrong QB does not mean we should double triple and quadruple down on a QB who is currently for this season 35th in passing yards 36th in touchdowns 39th in yards per attempt 40th in yards per game 39th in completion % and 42nd in passer rating. In this league you need not only a really good QB but it pays dividends to have a good backup plan in place. Why would you or anyone else be against us having a real legitimate insurance policy this go around instead of a washed up Andy Dalton and an afterthought like Jack Plummer? It sounds to me like some of you are only invested in catering to one player because you want to salvage the trade instead of doing what is best for the whole team long term. Bryce Young does not carry that level of sway. That's all there is to it.
    • I honestly do wonder how much of an impact his breakup with his GF had on thing First two weeks like you said he looked depressed. Gets a month to get over it and comes back a completely new person
    • Man whether it's the Panthers or the Hornets it's crazy how many foolish talking heads there are in the local media. I just unsubscribed from locked on Hornets. Doug Branson with his cheesy mustache is an absolute clown especially when his partner isn't on. Talking about trading LaMelo because he can't win basketball games by himself with no semblance whatsoever of a legitimate Center. These YouTube personalities will say anything for a damn click.
