I have no idea how the rest of the season will go, but if you look at the start of 2015 season, we struggled early against some not so good teams.  Offense looked like crap against Jacksonville, we looked out of sync against the Texans, defense struggled against Drew Brees's backup (took a great play by Josh Norman to win it), and it took four tampa int's and a freak play by Dickson to finally get over 30 in the fourth game. It wasn't until a month into the season that we started to click.  Hopefully it will be the same way this year.

I'm good now. We are 2-0 and we get that luscious NO defense next week, which hopefully helps us get our offense going. Losing Olsen sucks balls, really want to know how long he'll be out.

I remember not feeling all that great about some of the early wins against Ryan Mallett, Bortles and Luke McCown in 2015. Week 1, against Bortles, it was a 1 point lead until Norman's pick 6. An 11 point win against Jax/Bortles with a pick 6 wasn't that great. Then, a 7 point win against Mallett just like today where Mallett's 4th down incompletion on our 20 yard line sealed the game. Then, a 5 point win against the Saints without Brees where McCown threw for over 300 yards.

It's good to be 2-0 and if 2015 is any indicator, we in general don't play great early in the season when we win. Let's just hope that we can make our way through our slightly easier first 7 games and get Olsen back for the stretch run.

Last year a lot of people talk about theoreticals such as "if that Gano kick sails through in Denver, it's a different season".  We have no way of knowing if that's true or not, but I do think confidence and momentum are so important for this team.  Being 2-0 is huge.  If we have an 11-5/12-4 season we could look back and say "Tyrod missing that relatively easy pass to Zay Jones changed our season for the better", and gave the team the confidence they needed to win close games again.  We were due some luck this year that is for sure.
