Shula has to get fired

2 Timeouts and 2 delay of games are inexcusible.  Offense getting up to the line with 10 seconds left all day.  That isnt on cam, thats on dumbass shula not getting calls in.  I have been asking for him to be fired since 2014, Ron just sticks by "his guy".  I really like Ron but if he doesnt want to find a new job he needs to fire this dickwad

I get it Shula is a bit of a dinosaur and lacks creativity in red zone. But I think Cam is the issue. We got to the Super bowl with Shula let's pump the brakes, and we all thought he was a guru. Both guys are an issue but I put more on Cam. He's got to check it down and make better decisions. He's also missing wide open receivers and easy throws. I don't wanna hear "oh Cam is a great deep ball passer that's his game!" That is overrated, because Brady makes a living off 5 yard passes, just move the chains. I heard Boomer Esiason say "if you're a QB learn to love the 2 yard pass." Everyone acts like it's rocket science what Brady does. He just takes what the defense gives him. Back to Cam, his OL isn't as bad as everyone is making it, he can't stand in there for 5 seconds. No QB can! He's got to be smarter pre snap and understand they're going to put a spy on him so scrambling isn't an option. Teams are forcing him to beat them with his arm now. He's got by on being a freak athlete. Just watching Rodgers and Ryan tonight I saw some passing routes where I was like damn even if we did have that in our offense Cam wouldn't have the touch or accuracy to make that play happen. I think Shula and co. are handcuffed on what they can do they know Cam can only handle so much. Panthers fans stop blaming everyone but Cam because it's on him.

How many timeouts have had to be burned over the years because Shula is too slow to get the play in?

Mike Shula has been horrible at every coaching job he's ever had. The only consistent "success" has been with Cam as his QB. Meanwhile, Cam was a junior college national champ, NCAA national champ, Heisman winner, #1 overall draft pick, NFL MVP, etc. Cam has been carrying Shula's bum ass.

Cam carried Shula's bad play calling that Superbowl season.   All those broke plays, he made something happen, and eventually he paid the price with injuries.

Yeah, no. Everyone here was still calling out Shula's incompetency during that season, we just all knew Cam was masking it.

Watch the 2nd half Bills offense.  Their coach made some adjustments and they started moving the ball.  Much better than the first half.  What did Shula do?  Probably went back to the booth and looked out at the field as if some miracle was going to pop in his freaking head and make everything right.

Buffalo did misdirection, something Shula has no clue about.  All sorts of different things and some of them worked.   I will tell you if it weren't for our stout defense.  McCoy scores on one or two of those plays he had in the second half. 

Called adjustments and Shula only adjusts his glasses on his head.   Good God if his name wasn't Shula he wouldn't even have a MF job.   I am sick of him.  Totally sick.

I have zero clue how this dude is still here

1. We are the slowest team in the league at getting the play to the offense.  Which hurts the QB forces him to rush things etc.

2. Every freaking play we run is so freaking slow to develop.  The league has changed the last 20 years.  Patriots have created the new platform everyone is trying to mimic, those quick passes.  That's how Bellicheck has made Brady great and how Jimmy G and any other QB that steps into there looks great.  Brady has the ball in his hands 3 seconds or more about as often as Peyton Manning would have designed QB run called.  As Jeremy pointed out, our OL didn't look great but wasn't as bad as many seem.  They gave Cam 3-4 seconds it's just those long developing plays it takes way to long into today's league to do anything.  Plays where you have Dickson going 40 yards down field isn't going to get you anywhere.

3. Lack of adjustments.  We're winning by 40 or down by 30 were coming out of the half doing the exact same thing we went in doing.  While every other teams adjust we sit still.   Even goes back to the 2015 winning season.  Watching us blow leads.  We'd be up big every game and pull off a nail biter.  The teams like green bay and seattle,  when we played them. Coming out of the second half they would go right into quick passes eating us up.
