Yes. Fozzy can return kicks. CAP can't. FW can also catch the ball our of the backfield.

Nope, it passed and is law.  But it's up to each municipality to change local laws.  Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, Raleigh, Huntersville, among others have already passed it back in July.  Can buy at 10 am in any municipality that has changed their law.

Yep.  I read back in July that the WS mayor was weirdly reluctant to support a change.  They are trying to gather local religious leaders' opinions before addressing it, but expected to have a vote this month, but I haven't seen a recent update.

I haven't changed my thinking on CMC much,  but I do believe  that he will have more 100 yards rec games than 100 yards rushing games. He's a matchup nightmare in the slot,  you can't cover him. The guy is a primetime type slot. Just don't think he's bonafide running back worth the #8 pick. The Panthers will win and do so mightily ....38 to 16 Panthers
