Polian says BOA will be "50% Bills Fans"

they'll be a TON of Bills fans around the tailgating and in bars in uptown. I expect a lot of Bills fans in the stadium too. Don't kid yourselves, there's a TON of people from upstate NY in Charlotte. Just in my circles alone, I know five people whom are Bills fans. They have lived here long enough to where they root for the Panthers, but there's going to be a lot Bills fans in Charlotte this weekend.

If you had to realistically "rank" the parts of the country that have transplanted to Charlotte - Ohio/NE Ohio is probably #1, but Upstate NY has got to be in the top 3.

I fully expect the stadium to be 60-40 panthers fans to bills. There are a ton of Bills transplants in this city. Tailgating could be interesting on Sunday. Bills fans are idiot tailgaters. They go crazy and don't think about what they are doing they are so drunk.

Definitely. 40 feels high - 25 feels about right - which is a ridiculous number if you really think about it. But yes, there will be a TON of them and they will be loud.....on the way in at least.

The post was made because Polian and Edwards believe exactly half the stadium will be Bills fans.   

Yes, Charlotte is a city of transients and have more than their share of Buffalo deserters.  But whatever the % at kickoff I would bet 3/4ths will be gone by halftime.

Don't know about 50%. That sounds a bit much. Bills upset, that's more likely, but I don't believe it will happen.

10,000 Bills fans come in, 5,000 Bills fans come out.  Half go back to the dream of finding a woman under 300 pounds the other half show up next home game at BOA in CMC or Cam jerseys.

Yes, it's true, the stadium will be close to 50% Bills fans. Our PSL owners are 90% businessman who sell tickets and/or use them for business endeavors/relationships, saying we sell out every game since 2001 is a joke, this the former will be so. The Bills fan chant, 'Let's go Buffalo!' will be heard loud and clear. If they win, prepare for obnoxious drunk northern idiots who are dumb as a rock and there will, I repeat, there WILL be fights. Polian is not disrespecting anyone, he is voicing the truth. 50% is actually a great turn out compared to most home games that can be 60-70% other teams like Cowboys, Falcons, even the damn 49ers. This is the life of a Panther fan in Charlotte and JR could give two shits about it. Welcome aboard.

Since Cam these numbers might be a bit exaggerated, however compared to the rest of the NFL...our stadium is god awful. You can thank the business city, a mediocre team for most of that. It's getting better though due to Cam without him I shutter to think how it'd be now.

Uhhh when's the last time you've been to a game? This isn't even close to being accurate

With all due respect, that comment means little coming from a young woman brand new to Charlotte.

There are a lot of Bills fans but impossible to quantify at this point.

The Panthers most importantly will be there, and rout the Bills.
