I remember a preseason game in Section 113 against the Bills and their punter (Moreman?) was getting heckled so badly he punted a ball into the stands.

Too easy to sell tickets these days on Stubhub or other sites.  Because tickets have gone up so  much, folks are trying to recoup some of the costs, especially if a game is in high demand.  Also, there weren't as many transplants here in the 90s or early 2000s as there are now. So many folks from upstate New York have moved to the areas so I wouldn't be surprised if they're willing to pay extra to watch their childhood team.

That's the place. Had a few awesome nights there back in the day...wholly unrelated to Buffalo anything, except for the wings.

I went to the bills game in '09(?) and remember being impressed with how many of them there were. But it was only like 5,000 or so.

What's a "my AFC team"? Never heard of such a thing. Panther fandom is the only fandom.

That's fine and all. When I was a kid, I was a Biakabutuka fan. Can't complain about opposing fan bases coming to Charlotte when you are apart of one.
