Coleman straight up makes Keanu Neal look like a light hitter. He was on fire. His coverage was fantastic too (except one or two snaps from what I saw).

Looks like one of our better safeties, and glad we have him.

The thing that most impressed me about our defense that game except for 2-3 occasions(one was that bradberry miss). Our team wrapped up and tackled like it was 2015 again. None of that everyone missed a tackle 2016 BS. 

Agree!! The awesomeness of our Defense is back. Especially Peppers. he looked like he was having so much fun, like a kid in a candy store. Mike & Kurt both played 100% of the defensive snaps according to the snap count thread and they both kept our young secondary in the right place for the most part. Two things come to mind about the game and our defense.

One, for about the first 2-3 San Fran series when they were running the ball pretty well, Luke & TD were not getting free from their blocks and were often stuck in the middle of a crowd unable to make a play. Somehow they figured that out real quick lol. I'll have to watch the game again to see how.

Second, I was extremely impressed by Captain Munnerlyn (god, it felt good to type that name again). I don't think Hoyer threw his way once. Certainly didn't hear his name from the announcer and he did play.

Speaking of looking small, CMC looks like a 12 year old lined up next to an adult (Cam).

We generally have a big team, so CMC really sticks out. On the plus side, his size can make it hard for defenders to see him in the LOS clutter.
