Not at all miserable, I just see reality where some feel the need to look through rose colored glasses. Anyone that pays attention has watched Cam hold the ball far too long for 6 seasons, not to mention his terrible mechanics.

Seeing reality is different than literally seeing negativity. Life isn't all bad so only commenting negatively is not seeing reality. There's a difference. You and Gooby are constantly negative. That's not pragmatism. That's called pessimism.

Actually you have no idea what you are talking about, I'm not negative at all unless it is about this crappy franchise we root for. After 20+ years of mostly failure from this franchise you tend to get tired of being let down every year. Now you'll say "stop rooting for or stop watching them".....I'm almost there and I feel so are a lot of other fans. If others choose to keep looking through blinders or rose colored glasses that is up to them, I refuse to be fooled over and over by this franchise.

Ha! You do you.

Call it what you want but even if you feel it's justified because you feel the team has failed you...that's still a pessimistic way to look at it.

But you do you. :Taco_Emoji_42x42:

Don't worry bro....I will. Spending less time caring about football is a great thing. Yesterday was the first time in over 40 years of watching football that I really didn't care what happened on the field.

Cam has never made quick decisions under pressure. Don't think he will all of a sudden start to.

You should look at the passer ratings of all the QBs in the league in a clean pocket versus under pressure. Shockingly enough Cam isn't the only one that struggles with pressure.

In another shocking correlation, great pass rushers get paid a lot of money in the NFL.

Never said they all do.....I'm not picking on Cam, it's just facts. He is not as godly at QB as some on this forum think. He is a super athlete, but his QB skills are diminishing and he appears to have lost a step running as well. He is not a typical QB and if he loses the ability to scare teams as a runner his career is about over unless he develops pocket awareness and better mechanics. He far too often stands flat footed in the pocket and refuses to move around to avoid the rush.

Right now, Philly is the scariest team on the schedule. Wentz looked really good yesterday.

He looked good, but he had his flaws. I think a few passes he had should've been intercepted, but luck was on his side

Better than last year, but I'd pump the brakes until I see him have a performance like that consistently.

Losing to Philly at home in primetime, while possible, should be very unlikely and would be very disappointing.  They're simply not as good as we are.

Darby will likely be out as well.  http://nfltraderumors.co/eagles-cb-ronald-darby-cart-off-non-contact-ankle-injury/

Bills looked pretty good in their game 1 but mind you it was still a pretty close game throughout its entirety and they were playing the Jets. Tolbert looked good running North/South and looked like ass when running east/west no surprise there. Lesean McCoy is what we want CMC to eventually be like should CMC ever become our lead back, he was great. They have some decent WR talent and good young defensive backs and dline, they are far from scrubs.

The Jets looked absolutely hapless, bad QB play , too many check-downs for almost no yards, inaccurate down the field, Mat Forte sucks now, they will probably be a dumpster fire this season and should be the easiest team on our schedule to beat.

Patriots looked decent early in the game but as time went on Brady looked very innacurate for some reason, he was overthrowing alot of receivers. They are getting bitten pretty hard by the injury bug already, very depleted WR core and their RBs didn't do so hot. The jury is still out though, if brady can fix whatever was wrong with his passes in game 1 they should be fine.

Even so, we as fans can speculate any game of the year we so chose. WE can afford to look past games; its only a problem if the team/staff is doing it too.
