I don't know what the fook some.people see. I saw the same shula but more short passes and screens we ran with Fozzy and company. Cmc brings more burst however had some real ball security issues. Needs to work on his grip. Cam Newton clearly is rusty and looks like a man who only threw 2 passes in the preseason. Evolution??? Hardly. Y'all guys gotta stop throwing around words that don't apply. Lets see what next week brings since we will be playing a coach who knows this team's plays very well. Then we will and should see this e evolution. Till then stop calling scat backs evolution. Just stop.

The Panthers are a running football team. Apparently, a lot of fans think that "evolution" means they're going to start throwing it 45 times a game. IMO, today was awesome because everybody in the building knew the run was coming on that last drive and it worked anyway. That is the PERFECT way to finish a game.

tbh, CMC might have changed a lot of minds today. the 49ers shut him down and he was still was a force. Once Cam loosens up, this will explode, and in a good way.

Cam played like poo pretty much. If he had played well we would have put 40 on them easy imo. I'm good with that. If you want a pass happy offense you'll have to become a fan of a different team. You won't see pass happy under the Cam era, and possibly not in your lifetime as a Panthers fan. The Saints have an offense some Panthers' fans would love.

I though the offense was extremely efficient in the second half.  If Cam hits a wide open Dickson or Olsen this is a major blow out.  20 pt wins in the NFL are blowouts anyway.  Its the first game.  Chill.

I cannot believe the number of people b!tching about a 23 to 3 win on the road.

The defense was excellent, and we ran the ball effectively, something we have rarely done early in the year.

But hey, if it makes everyone feel better to complain, have at it.

We saw a number of new things in this game. It was very much focused on giving the football to our running backs. I feel like Greg Olsen and KB got lost in that but it did open up a few other guys. Cam missed some open receivers...
