1. He was talking about the receiver closest to Hoyer who was open for a second if he was thrown the ball to the outside. Iffy if he would've scored, but had a better chance than any other receiver.

3. Speilman was a great LB so he's going to think like one.

Overall, Speilman spoke truth and called a very objective and insightful game. Very refreshing in this day and age.

Key stat for the night is 0 sacks allowed.. of course there is rust with Cam but the ball was evenly distributed.. and defenses will be forced to play up on CMC and that's when the pass game will really open up

 

Defense is real sturdy as well..

Won't watch the game for a few more hours , but looking at the box score and reading a few posts here looks like no one on offense had that great of a game? Feel sorry for people who started KB or McCafrey in fantasy.

He had an off day today. The plays I pointed out, Luke had shut down. But I'm willing to give him some benefit of the doubt since I've watched every snap Luke has played and I very seriously doubt he has. Very few LBs can do what Luke can do. Someone who hasn't watched Luke a ton may not have realized that those plays weren't there. Just like the INT Luke had. What other LBs can stop on a dime and reach back across their body to make that pick? It wasn't really that bad of a throw and read, it was just a great defensive play.
