Mainly posting this cus I thought DE's were generally alittle pudgy, including Addison. Didn't think they were in this kind of shape lol. But it brings other thoughts to my head:

Cam leaner & healthy.

Benji leaner & driven.

Kuechly healthy & hungry.

really seems like this team is focused and taking a very business-like approach to the season. I gotta admit that I'm super excited. I have a feeling the Panthers are about to light the league on fire.

This photo.... I can see things.... I really did not sign up for>>>>>>>> this should not have been posted on Facebook at all

Very good shape for a DE. "Ripped" comes from mom and dad. Plenty of really good athletes never have a physique that belongs on the cover of Men's Fitness while some couch potatoes can hit the gym for a couple of months and look the part. It's genetics.

Lol

Not quite. And, yes, abs shape and ability to show is 70% genetics 20% body fat and 10% actual strength.

People don't realize absolutely anyone can 'looked ripped' it has zero to do with strength and everything to do with body fat. Build muscle then cut the fat. But if the average dude drops body fat and eats protein, they'll looked ripped.

Strength itself requires fat. The strongest men in the world have pudge. That jacked ripped guy in the magazine's spent years looking tubby lifting weights before shedding the fat. Once he's cut he will not be as strong, he will lift much less weight in the gym. After years of weighlifting I myself have experienced this, you are strongest when you're bigger.

The issue is the media and magazine's and movies etc. give the impression really low body fat equals strength which is a very ignorant perspective.

Genetics do play a factor but more often than not determination and other factors outweigh genetics.

Not what I would consider ripped. Honestly, he looks no different or possible less fit than people I work out with.

So where do we disagree? You say it's 70% genetics which I would pretty much agree with then you spend the rest of your post contridicting that statement. I have no idea what you think after reading that schizophrenic post.
