IIRC, this does not go into effect until next year. Also, don't think all refs will be full time. I seem to remember that they are only doing a small overall number of refs, like less than half.

 

Going by memory here. At my age, take it for what you will. After all, I was a teenager when the Tigers beat Bob Gibson, and the mighty Cards in 68' World Series.

Thanks for the information.  Didn't know exactly when the refs would go full time.
