Just hoping Garcon doesnt go for 200 yard....or Hyde for a buck 50....or Hoyer for 300 yard.

9ers fans are hoping that Stewart doesn't go for 100+...or Benjamin for 2 TDs...or MCM for 150, and a TD...or Olsen for 100yd, and a TD...or Cam going all ham on them...or that Pep won't break Hoyer. (And I am an MSU homer, and don't want that to happen to Hoyer.)

I know it's edgy to be all pessimistic up in here. Thanks Obama.

It's like in grade school when you pretended to be bad in school due to peer pressure.. Murica.

Kyle Shanahan says he watched a ton of Kelvin Benjamin FSU tape and thinks he's a matchup problem that gets good separation, if that says anything.

He also said KB had ELITE hands........which is actually true based off last season but people seem to think they're still bad.

KB & Good separation .. same sentence . I didn't even have to read the user name.

Lmao. If you actually read my username and looked up my post history you'd see me pretty much harping on Kelvin Benjamin on that. I don't believe Kelvin Benjamin created any good separation so far in his career.

I just quoted what Shanahan said:

Quote

"I think any time, being big’s an advantage if you can get open and if you have very good hands and Kelvin does have that. He’s been a solid receiver. I studied him hard coming out of Florida State.

...

When you have elite-type of hands and you have that size and you don’t feel people hanging on your forearms. Guarding him doesn’t mean your job is done. It’s hard to get the incompletion. He also has the ability to separate too. That’s what makes him a threat to be a very good wideout in this league,” Shanahan told me.

I don't know how he was able to keep a straight face when talking about how sound we are in our coverages considering that game last year when Matt Ryan and Julio Jones put up video game numbers.

Maybe he refers to the coverage integrity as a separate issue from the youth executing it. Plus Bradberry left the game on the second defensive drive. They had no chance.

He doesn't only look at film from Atlanta gsmes

That second game was quite different too. Jones had 60 yrs to lead his team.
