Why do I have the sneaking suspicion that this is one big smokescreen? That Cam is actually at 100% right now and has looked stellar in practice, but they haven't said anything about it cus they want to catch the 49ers off guard to help ensure a fast start to the season?!

 Questionable is essentially probable in certain cases.

Questionable, Doubtful, and Out are the designations.
