I'll say it again: our superbowl performance was more embarrassing than theirs.

And?  I don't dwell on my own embarrassments.  Especially when a more recent embarrassment befalls my enemies.

The biggest collapse in sports history was less embarrassing than our SB loss. Thanks for the Friday morning laugh, now head back to your safe space.

For this record, this "nerd" and "fugtard" finds the desire for safe-spaces childish, so I won't be running away to one. But seriously, yes, I think it's more embarrassing to be whipped by a team for all 4 quarters and never even sniff the lead than to get whipped for only 1.5 quarters and blow a lead that was well-earned.

And I hate the Falcons.

Sounds like a Falcons fan... Get out.

And no, our SuperBowl performance was not more embarrassing than theirs.

Sure looks like you need a safe space.  You got them defenses up real quick.

Whats more embarrassing?

See, we start with the premise that both were embarrassing.

Now I love the Panthers, hate the Falcons.  Which embarrassment should I focus on?  The one that brings me pain and anger or the one that still makes me laugh every damn time I see it?

Blowing a 25 point lead starting mid-way through the 3rd quarter, versus being within a touchdown of a victory until 3:08 left to play in the 4th...

    • I find it more like now that I have been forced to watch Young so much it isn’t as much of a shock to my senses.   Desensitized they call it.   For real, it just looks normal almost now. Where the first game of 2023 I wasn’t sure what I was looking at it was so out of bounds for NFL type play. I literally couldn’t make sense of what I had seen vs Atlanta that first week.
    • Lynch in SF. Great is subjective but he has done pretty well there.
    • Sure, except Stroud has the ability to stretch the field with deep passes. He did that often last night with ease, but couldn’t connect on many due to being flustered by the defense. BY9 gets flustered and can’t throw screens, let alone even think about any deeper passes. Stroud would’ve changed the franchise and done more with the situation last year. My thought at least.    the hope is that last year showed tepper that he needed to step back from football decisions. There’s a positive in most situations and maybe we’ll see a new tepper in the near future.
